  10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
  11. Numerology Star Reader is provided AS IS without any warranty, 
  12. express or implied. Numerology Star Reader is to be used for
  13. entertainment purposes only. In no event will Eugene Khmelevsky Inc.
  14. be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost 
  15. savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of 
  16. your use or inability to use the program, or for any claim by any 
  17. other party.

  19. GRANT. Subject to payment of applicable license fees, Licensor grants 
  20. to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software and accompanying 
  21. documentation.

  23. SCOPE OF GRANT.

  25. You may:
  26.  * use the Software on any single computer;
  27.  * use the Software on a second computer so long as only one copy is 
  28.    used at a time;
  29.  * copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy must 
  30.    contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices;

  32. You may not:
  33.  * permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms 
  34.    listed above;
  35.  * permit concurrent use of the Software;
  36.  * modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create 
  37.    derivative works based on the Numerology Star Reader (any version).
  38.  * copy the Software other than as specified above;
  39.  * rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights 
  40.    to the Software;
  41.  * remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

  43. TITLE. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the 
  44. Software shall remain in Licensor. The Software is protected by the 
  45. copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content 
  46. accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content 
  47. owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no 
  48. rights to such content.

  50. TERMINATION.  The license will terminate automatically if you fail to 
  51. comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must 
  52. destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
